After the British Labour party’s bid to declare a climate emergency, the first minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon, declares a climate emergency.
These are very hopeful first steps.
But let us be clear that in a “climate emergency” we need to leave the fossil fuels in the ground.
Activism is working.
